Product Information
Items for sale are either from my own stash or items that I’ve curated from other sources. Items from my stash are from a smoke-free home. I do have dogs; however, they are not usually around my supplies.
Each item has a description which details the condition of the item. Any defects will be noted there.
Items that have been curated from other sources (ie: second-hand items) are inspected for defects.
Some items may not be in the original packaging.
Shipping
All items are shipped within the United States. We ship within 3 to 5 business days of the order being placed. During busier times of the year, shipping may take longer.
Shipping is through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping will be either First Class or Flat Rate. The shipping cart will automatically calculate shipping cost. If when packing your order it is determined that your items qualify for a lower shipping rate, your order total will be adjusted and a refund issued for any overages in shipping.
You will be notified when your package ships and sent a tracking number. Once your package is out for shipping, it is the responsibility of the USPS. Jenlee Schoolcraft, LLC is not responsible for delays in the shipping process.
If you do not receive your package within a reasonable amount of time, please contact USPS to file a claim.
Returns
Unless otherwise indicated in the product description, returns are only accepted on items marked "New". Please contact us at by email at jenleeschoolcraft@gmail.com, or use the "Contact Us" chat box to relay a message.

Ultimately, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns or issues with items you have received, please contact us so that we can come to an acceptable resolution.
Local Pick Up/Delivery
If you live in Arizona, pickup of items is available. Please make sure to select this option when checking out.
